However, once a booking is confirmed with a deposit, we endeavor to honor the agreed price.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• Client Initiated Cancellations: Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Cancellation fees will apply based on the proximity of the cancellation date to the tour start date. Specific details will be provided at the time of booking.

• Wattlebrook Safaris Initiated Cancellations: In rare circumstances, Wattlebrook Safaris may need to cancel a tour due to unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters, political instability, insufficient bookings). In such cases, clients will be offered an alternative tour or a full refund of payments made to Wattlebrook Safaris.

• Refunds: Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 30 days of the cancellation confirmation.

5. Travel Insurance

It is highly recommended that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking. This insurance should cover cancellation, medical expenses, personal accident, personal liability, loss of luggage, and other potential risks.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Information Accuracy: Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete personal information at the time of booking.

• Health and Fitness: Clients must ensure they are medically and physically fit for the chosen tour. Wattlebrook Safaris is not responsible for any adverse health events during a tour.

• Compliance: Clients must comply with all local laws, regulations, and instructions from Wattlebrook Safaris guides and representatives.

• Damage: Clients are responsible for any damage to property or equipment belonging to Wattlebrook Safaris or its suppliers caused by their negligence or willful act.

7. Limitation of Liability

Wattlebrook Safaris acts as an agent for various third-party suppliers (e.g., airlines, hotels, transport companies, local guides). While we exercise due care in selecting our partners, we cannot be held liable for their acts, omissions, or failures. Our liability for any loss, damage, injury, or death, whether direct or indirect, is limited to the extent permitted by Australian law.
